ALGOTRADEKIT PRODUCT GUIDE
Connect your broker to your trading workspace
Learn how broker connections, account permissions and AI trading readiness work in AlgoTradeKit for Upstox, Angel One and Groww.
Your application account and broker account
Your AlgoTradeKit login opens the application workspace. Broker authorization is a separate connection to your own eligible brokerage account. The workspace includes options for Upstox, Angel One and Groww. An available connection option does not mean that every data or order feature is supported for every account.
Choose and verify the connection
Open Connections after signing in, choose the broker and supported mode, and follow the account-specific setup. Review the saved broker identity, connection status and session expiry before using it. API access and authentication requirements depend on the broker. A saved session may still require reconnection if the broker rejects or expires it.
Understand the selected mode
Research and analytics are different from live order execution. Where a read-only or sandbox mode is available, check the mode shown by the application before continuing. A sandbox connection is for supported test actions, not a live portfolio. Review which mode and account are active rather than assuming the broker name alone establishes trading readiness.
Changing brokers safely
Resolve open positions and pending orders and pause new automatic entries before changing the active execution account. Signing out of AlgoTradeKit does not revoke broker authorization or necessarily stop background automation. Use the account controls to review permissions and the broker connection controls when disconnecting.
Review readiness before trading
Model verification and promotion, account execution settings, cost allowances and risk checks can block automatic entries even when the broker is connected. Review the stated blockers in the workspace. AlgoTradeKit is independent software; broker names identify connection options and do not imply endorsement or a partnership.
